She's a good attorney until she sits on her phone through your entire mediation because she has weekend plans with her family. I then felt pressured to settle becaue of her lack of interest and her telling me that if I didn't settle, she isn't a trial attorney and I'd need to find a new one. That would've been great information to know before the mediation. I would never hire her again. The attorney that as assisted her was amazing though.
