Do not use Bowling Built Construction, and hold your ground if you signed his self servicing contract. Do not pay him more until he finishes what he promised you. He owes many of us money so don't be a victim of his scam. At first he sounds like an honest professional and tells us things we want to hear but he does not live up to any of it. He is professional at making excuses, false promises, poor and dangerous work and blaming us for it! He is repeatidly not getting permits and surprising customers with fees that are burried in his contract which is full of legal jargon that he probably added over the years to better bully and trap his customers into paying him. I think many of his actions are crimnal and hope someone who still has some money for a lawyer can take him to court for it.
