My dad was a very good plumber, so my expectations for an unknown plumber are already high. Ernest didn't disappoint. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, and worked hard to remove the old low boy water heater from a tight space. With the new water heater installed, all the water lines were connected just the way my dad would've done it: clean and tidy! And lastly, just like my dad, he swept up after himself and left the hallway clean the way he found it. Kudos to Ernest for a job well done from start to finish.
