MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Great Service! (Delton Brown) 1/30/2018

Mr. Delton Brown has to be one of the most knowledgeable and nicest HVAC technicians that has serviced my a/c unit to date. He is a straight shooter and doesn't try to sell me things I don't need and being a woman I truly appreciate that! Mr. Brown even took the time to educate me on a mold problem I had in my A/C unit. We went over different types of mold and things I should use to rid my a/c of that pesky problem. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer every question I have. I was going to switch to a different company with a cheaper plan but the great service provided by Mr. Delton Brown has convinced me to stay with Will Fix It! more

Service by Delton 1/19/2018

Delton received our call to fix our furnace on Wednesday the 17th. We was prompt, courteous and skilled in his assessment of our furnace problem. He had to leave to get the part that would repair our problem. He returned quickly and replaced the broken part. The whole time he explained what had happened and how that part plays in the functioning of the furnace. By the time he had finished the room had dropped to 56 degrees. When the furnace turned on and began heating the house we were more than happy. His dedication to serving Will Fix It's customers is commendable. Thank you Delton. (By the way - the part and service were under warranty!!! :) more

Superman! 12/22/2017

Delton came to service our furnace. He immediately discovered that it was leaking dangerous amounts of carbon monoxide into our home through a poorly constructed flue assembly. He located and picked up the needed part, fixed it, and took the time to explain the parts and workings of a furnace to me - all within a couple of hours. He saved our health and possibly our lives today. We are thankful. I highly recommend Delton!! more

I also appreciated him sharing how much he was enjoying mentoring his Son, on-the-job, in what appears to be a wonderful talent development program for WFI. more

Mario did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue with the a/c unit at my rental property. He presented the options for replacing system. He worked at getting me a discount and then explained the financing available. He got to work installing the unit which he completed much sooner than I had anticipated. He is both very courteous and professional! more

During his inspection of my AC unit, he spent time with me to point out findings, explain the circumstances of those findings, and offered various solutions towards maintenance. I was very satisfied with his customer service, and the customer service of the person I spoke with on the phone. more

Robert, gave a courtesy call before arriving, and arrived in a timely manner. After assessing the damage/situation, he provided a list of possible solutions and explained each one in detail. Once the solution choice was made, he promptly and professionally corrected the problem, and offered a discount on his services...His courteous mannerisms, prompt and professional service, bodes well for him and the company. Colby and Claudia did a professional job on my replacement water heater. Very polite, organized and clean job site. All the connections and extra work were cleaned after being attached and the completed job looked good. Nice folks, work completed in timely manner...great job! more
