MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Plumber par excellence 1/27/2017

My dad was a very good plumber, so my expectations for an unknown plumber are already high. Ernest didn't disappoint. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, and worked hard to remove the old low boy water heater from a tight space. With the new water heater installed, all the water lines were connected just the way my dad would've done it: clean and tidy! And lastly, just like my dad, he swept up after himself and left the hallway clean the way he found it. Kudos to Ernest for a job well done from start to finish. more

Great service! 1/10/2017

I was referred to Will Fix It by a neighbor, and I am very glad I called. Shaun came out the day after I contacted them. He was professional, assessing the problem with my hot water heater and informing me of the options available. He and Mike ended up staying later than initially planned for a simple repair and installed a new water softener and hot water heater. They never appeared rushed and thoroughly reviewed the care/maintenance of the new equipment with me before they left. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be referring them to others. more

I was having trouble with my hot water heater and was referred to Will Fix It by a neighbor. I am so glad I called them! Shaun came out the very next day, and I couldn't have asked for better service. He was thorough with his assessment, informing me of what was going on and my options. He and Mike ended up installing a water softener system and a new hot water heater. Although they ended up staying later than initially planned for a simple repair, they never appeared rushed and didn't leave until they had reviewed the care/maintenance of the new equipment with me. Bought Water Heater and Softener 12/21/2016

Ernest T and Shaun did a great job of thoroughly explaining all the benefits of their systems and then a great job of installing the systems. I look forward to better hot water, soft water, and a reduction in the time it takes the water to get hot. I especially interested in healthier water and hope this system brings it. Both of these men are huge assets to their company. more

Mario Olivares at Will Fix It, Installation of Furnace/AC 12/21/2016

Mr. Olivares showed up on-time, evaluated the system, made recommendations based on relevant sf of area, and went through options. He then coordinated all additional skills, materials, and equipment based on my selection and had them in-place at the correct time for their portion of the installation. All folks worked efficiently and respectfully. Mario followed-up at the end of the to see if I had questions and to review paperwork and programming the new thermostat. Awesome! more

Kenney was personable, knowledgeable, and very quick. We had tons of questions and he was patient and explained the problems and answered all our questions (we asked alot of questions! ) did everything we asked with a smile and it was late on a weekend!!!! He was fantastic!! more

Best Customer Service 12/16/2016

I went by Home Depot to see about a water heater. They sent my name in to a contractor and within 30 minutes I was called by "Will" Fix it. They set up an appt for the very next day and called to let me know they were on the way. Daylan Rochester was the plumber and took a look at our water heater and discovered right away a small leakage that had been getting on the wires and causing the circuit breaker to trip. He also called a "Will" Fix It electrician to come out and inspect the circuit breaker box and fix a problem caused by a different local electrical company that had been out the previous day who had caused more problems than what I already had. Daylan went over all the options carefully and I was able to pick one within my budget. Within just a few hours we had the electrical problem fixed (very reasonable price - no kidding) and a new water heater installed. I can honestly say Daylan was extremely competent and professional. I plan to use "Will" Fix It for other things I need to have done. more

Hector is an employee who works with his hands, head and heart. He did the very best job in installing a 5 ton heater/AC Lennox system. He took every opportunity to get the job perfectly done. He was very courteous and professional and I felt confidence in his ability to get the work done. I would recommend him to everyone for his professionalism. He truly cares about the clients and was helpful and gave me tips on how to keep the system in tip-top shape. Give him a raise. more

Daylan Rochester is a true professional and highly skilled plumber. Daylan went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing problems were fixed and I was 110% satisfied before he departed. He worked several hours in to the late night by flashlight in my front yard to get the job done. He did an excellent job and didn't leave until I was completely happy with his work. He was the ultimate professional and very pleasant and thorough. He should be considered a very valuable asset to your company. Would highly recommend Daylan to others in the future. more
