Shaun was sent out to assess a water heater leak. He explained everything regarding the water heater and made sure that I fully understood my options. Shaun is very knowledgeable and patient. Shaun and Mike R. were extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them based on their kindness and professionalism!
