Shaun Neidig was very professional, personable, and more than happy to explain many
details of the installation and operation of a new water softener. There was no hint of
wanting to hurry and finish the job at the expense of customer (me) understanding as much
as possible. The entire job of checking out the old machine, ordering new one, arranging financing, new softener arriving while Shaun was still here, and installing the new, was done
in just a little over 3 hours, on the first (and only) visit ! All in All a very enjoyable experience!
