I called this company to rekey door locks and was quoted $17.00 per lock with a $19.00 service call. While there, I asked the tech to replace a lock on a sliding basement door. He quoted me $80-90 to do that and I agreed. When the time came to prepare the bill it came to almost $600.00! He wanted to charge me $95.00 for each lock, some type of "service charge" that had not been disclosed to me prior to him doing the work. After some back and forth with his office, I refused to pay and called the police. He then left. He was very unprofessional and used vulgar language. I finally settled with them today for $184.00 . Check out their BBB coomplaints. I wish I had done that prior to using them.
