This morning I woke and realize that my keys were lock in my car. So I called the this company, first of the lady that I spoke to over the phone has no phone etiquette she spoke too fast and very rude woman.... She quoted one thing then when the technician came out, I was charged $165 to unlock my vehicle which I have a SUV which did not the price are different the office manager.....all I can say is beware of scam and high price that charge people just unlock a car door. I told the techincan I was going to inform my boyfriend on how much I was charge and he did not want me tell me but I told him anyways.....So people beware of this company it is a scam with those high overly prices that they charge people!!!!! more

This is a very unprofessional and deceiving business! They say one thing over the phone and once they get to the location to perform the service, they will quote an TOTAL EXAGERATION for the most simple task! Beware of these crooks; bunch of THIEVES is what they are! more

I called this company to rekey door locks and was quoted $17.00 per lock with a $19.00 service call. While there, I asked the tech to replace a lock on a sliding basement door. He quoted me $80-90 to do that and I agreed. When the time came to prepare the bill it came to almost $600.00! He wanted to charge me $95.00 for each lock, some type of "service charge" that had not been disclosed to me prior to him doing the work. After some back and forth with his office, I refused to pay and called the police. He then left. He was very unprofessional and used vulgar language. I finally settled with them today for $184.00 . Check out their BBB coomplaints. I wish I had done that prior to using them. more

This place will charge you a arm and a leg for something that costs very little at respected businesses. This place tried to charge us $225 for simply opening my car door. I called another place and they charged us $50. On top of that they asked for $150 in cash and he wouldn't tell the company he provided the service for a discount. Do not trust these people they will take advantage of you, and the people at their office will not talk to you. Never trust this unprofessional sketchy business. more
