Needed to get my brand new AC fixed in my new house - the AC downstairs would not kick on. My Tech. Tim was on time, very courteous, very respectful of our new house and personal belongings, and even very kind and courteous about the fact that we just had a new baby. Most importantly, he identified the problem, was encouraging about my asking "dumb" questions, fixed the problem quickly and ran me through the repairs. Lastly, Tim was very encouraging about our calling them again if we needed anything else at all with our AC.
