Josh Powell is hands down one of the best service personal I have had at my home. He answered all my questions and took the extra time to explain any issues I had with my septic tank in detail so that I would understand. I had another company pump my thol some years back, they did not fill in the holes good. But Josh took the time to rake it out and to make it look as good as it was. He even cleaned up the road in front of my house where his Machine Had dropped dirt out of the tracs. I would recommend this company to anyone. And make sure you ask for Josh. I am not sure about the other techs but if the bosses hold all the employees up to the same work Ethic That Mr.Powell has, then this will be the company I continue to use for my plumbing and septic.
