I recently visited the Grasshopper West in Erie, PA with family. My sister-in-law had purchased a dress there a year ago (way past the time period to return an item, and that's on her). She wore the dress only once and it unraveled. She lives out of state and had just returned to Erie this summer, and only wanted to exchange the dress for another of the same value. She was even willing to purchase a more expensive dress and pay the difference. The employee (who called the owner on the phone twice) said that the only thing that could be done is provide a 10% discount on a new dress, that's all. We feel that this is terrible customer service! In our opinion, they should have at least offered to repair the dress. I also found an identical dress (in style, not color) on the rack while we were there, that had also started to unravel. I showed it to them and they had no reply. In my opinion, this is not good customer service!
