I called this company in order to schedule an appointment to repair my garage door. The woman that answered the phone was very nice and stated that they could come out and look at the garage on the following Sunday. I was very impressed with they professionalism of call and was excited to work with the company. The house that we needed repaired is a rental that is 60 miles from where I live. I drove down to the house early so that I would not miss the appointment. They stated they would be there between 10-12 and would call when they were on their way. I was at the house from 8am-4pm. They never showed up and never even bothered to call to tell me they were not going to make it. Luckily I had other work to do on the house, so it was not a complete waste of my time. I would have understood if they couldn't make it if they would just have called. The fact that they just didn't show up or call is unacceptable. I would not recommend using this company.
