A/C unit was not working properly. The Beutler technician Jonathon R arrived exactly as scheduled and was able to correctly diagnose the problem. He performed a variety of tests, monitored the air temp, and even checked the unit in the attic. A very knowledgeable technician that knows his stuff and communicated the issue well. Only drawback is the price list for repairs, much higher than expected but set by the company not the technician.
