Received friendly, informative , and professional service. I experienced professional people on the phone and had a service man arrived on time and he had the necessary appliances to replace on his truck. I was impressed with his service and completion with the repairs in a timely manner. For such a stressful situation (broken water heater), the whole experience went very smoothly.
