Kerry was very great! He took his time and showed us how our system operates and gave helpful hints. Although I feel a 5 ton should have been installed, such as we had before, (as bedrooms still do not cool like they should), Kerry did what he could and was a great technician. P.S. He had nothing to do with what tonnage was installed. He is a great technician.
