I called at 3 pm for a clogged shower drain I knew was hair accumulation which could not be reached with my 'As Seen on TV' tool. I did not expect they would be able to schedule short of the next day at the soonest but Arthur B arrived by 6:45 that same day. Arthur B was courteous & did his job timely. Thank you!
