Brothers own these stores. They both are jerks. I use to spend $100.00 or more a month there for tobacco because it's cheaper to make your own cigarettes then buy packs of them. The thinner brother is a big a..h... He is rude and uses 4 letter words in front of his customers. I do realize that people speak like that but not everyone wants to hear it. I was charged different prices for the same items every couple of times I went in there. I said something to him about it. He started using 4 letter words and through the products in the trash and said I'm not going to sell these F---en things anymore. That isn't the first time he has spoken that way to me. I could tell one of his employee's was afraid of him. The look on their face and they backed away front him. I found the items that I buy at another store somewhere cheaper. Now I stop at Modern Age only if I have too. I hate going in there because he may be there. I wonder how many other customer he has ran off with his bad attitude. He hurts the business himself. You can tell he is the boss over the other brother. What ever he says that's what happens when it comes to those 2. The other brother, he was rude to me one time. I said something to him about it and he has been ok now when I stop there as long as the thinner brother isn't there. Now I might spend $10-$20 there every 2 months instead of $100 + a month. I work to hard for my money to be spent at his store. If a personality test was given to the person that wanted to own their own place included in permits to open, or one was given to the customer that came in the store after speaking to him, he wouldn't receive the permit. People in these day and ages speak to others any way they want too that own business's. The customer use to count. Now, that isn't the case in a lot of business's. You try to get help and the employee is on the cell phone. They will not acknowledge you or put their hand up with one finger to let you know they will be with you. You can hear them and they are talking of personal things.
