I have only positive things to say about my experience with Allgood and Jared S., the plumbing technician I was lucky enough to work with. Jared was friendly, professional, and very sympathetic to the lake all three stories of my home had become overnight. The plumbing issue itself turned out to be fairly minor (at least in my opinion), but the water damage from it pretty extensive. Jared immediately knew I was in over my head on the clean-up and suggested a remediation company (Dry Out – also fantastic by the way). In addition to fixing the plumbing issue, Jared stayed until Dry Out arrived so that he could explain the situation to them and make sure I was going to be taken care of.
