I scheduled this appointment after receiving a coupon in the mail. At the time of scheduling, I told them that I intended to use the coupon. Once the repairman arrived, I was told that it didn't cover the repair and that the company shouldn't be sending out these coupons. However, the coupon did not have any limitations or qualifications as to the repair covered. It simply said that it was for an electrical outlet repair. Instead of the coupon rate, I was charged $262.00 for a "diagnosis with a minor repair". (I recall that the coupon said that it covered the repair of an electrical outlet for approximately $60.) I fell as though this was a classic bait and switch scheme. Never again!
I'm really disappointed based upon the various commercials and advertisements. I was hoping that I had found a reputable business to use in the coming years. Instead, I think that I was scammed.
