Ken called ahead to let me know he was en route. He examined the broken copper water line and told me the cost before going ahead. He also suggested another small repair and I agreed that would be prudent. He completed the repairs quickly, tested that all was OK, and was very courteous. I will call this firm again when I need plumbing services.
