I contacted four companies about replacing a functional 16 year old water heater. Two responded but only All Good Plumbing offered to send someone out to give a quote. The All Good price was 15% higher than the e-mailed price received from the other company. However the customer service aspect was worth the extra money. Bronson was knowledgable and had everything he needed to do the job in his truck. Within 3 hours of his arrival we had a new water heater installed and operational.
Sabrina did a nice job coordinating everything. She was quick to respond to my initial request and set up the appointment within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. Sabrina was friendly, efficient and professional.
This is a business model more companies should follow. Kudos to Sabrina, Bronson and the leadership at All Good Plumbing!!!
