I used to have shoes repaired and re-soled here with the previous owner with no problems. I recently brought in a pair of walking cradle elite loafers to be re-soled. Ready on time but both shoes had an uncomfortable ridge in the sole. Returned to have that fixed and they seemed fine once picked up a second time. However... After wearing them half a day the ridge started popping up again, making the shoes painful to wear. Sure wish I had looked at reviews first! I will try one more time to see if they can get the shoes fixed.
Given my experience I would NOT recommend this establishment for anything other than a simple polishing.
