Shoes still not right. The interior footbed hasn't been right since this man started work on them. Waste of $71. Owner showed signs of annoyance that I still wasn't happy. Re-solng Is more than simply replacing the soles. If the shoe no longer is wearable due to inferior workmanship then it is a FAIL. Do NOT take your business here for anything more involved than a polishing! more

Re-sole disaster continues 11/30/2014

Walking cradle shoes were brought here to be re-soled. Work completed on time but shoes had uncomfortable ridges. Returned shoes and they were supposedly fixed. After wearing them 1/1 a day ridges started forming again. Returned rhem AGAIN. Owner was going to start over and get it right. Nope. Now there is a wide ridge in the left show...uncomfortable enough for me not to try them out. Best advice is avoid this place. Owner is plasant enough and willing to try t make it better but it seems this job was too much for him. more

Re-sole disaster 11/10/2014

I used to have shoes repaired and re-soled here with the previous owner with no problems. I recently brought in a pair of walking cradle elite loafers to be re-soled. Ready on time but both shoes had an uncomfortable ridge in the sole. Returned to have that fixed and they seemed fine once picked up a second time. However... After wearing them half a day the ridge started popping up again, making the shoes painful to wear. Sure wish I had looked at reviews first! I will try one more time to see if they can get the shoes fixed. Given my experience I would NOT recommend this establishment for anything other than a simple polishing. more
