Have used their service for years. They used to be careful about clothes they handled. The service is getting worse since this year. Brought my coat to clean and the separated hat was attached. But they detached the hat and didn't attach it back. The hat is missing and they refused to look for it. Their charges become messy now-ex: charge women's shirt with men's price.
