Bernard was the fourth plumber to address the probelm w/my electronic hatbox toilet (plus two electricians). He was deteremined to fix the problem. He was the only one to offer a practical (albeit expensive) solution. Bernard was there when he said he would be, he was always respectful and professional...went out of his way to be helpful and was generally a pleasure to work with. If I had any plumbing problems in the future, I would definitely request Bernard as my technician.
