I woke up one morning and there was water in my basement all over the place. I called the office and spoke to someone named AJ he was very professional I explained to him what was going on and he had me describe to him the location of where the water was he quickly figured out it was my hot water heater that was leaking and explained to me over the phone how to shut the water off going into the tank and told me he would have a tech come out within 1 hour. Not even an hour and someone came out and replaced my water heater and corrected my venting. I was very pleased with the way the call was handeled and also filed for the permit. Aj called me back to make sure everything was ok I'm so blessed to have spoken to him very friendly and professional.
