Most real estate companies in the Allston area don’t even give you what you’re looking for or don’t show you enough inventory. We went to four small real estate companies throughout Allston and all they could show us was one or two apartments. However we worked with Josue Vargas and he showed us 9 units and nearly all of them were better than all the other stuff we had seen with four smaller companies. Josue is a true professional and even drove us around and showed us the area and local scene. The people at Boardwalk Properties and especially Josue were great and helped us find a great apartment really fast. Definitely would recommend!
