Most real estate companies in the Allston area don’t even give you what you’re looking for or don’t show you enough inventory. We went to four small real estate companies throughout Allston and all they could show us was one or two apartments. However we worked with Josue Vargas and he showed us 9 units and nearly all of them were better than all the other stuff we had seen with four smaller companies. Josue is a true professional and even drove us around and showed us the area and local scene. The people at Boardwalk Properties and especially Josue were great and helped us find a great apartment really fast. Definitely would recommend! more

Great Company, Great Agent 7/3/2007

I had just found a new job and only had about three weeks to find the perfect apartment in Boston. I decided it would be a good idea to get three agents from different companies to show me apartments. I was extremely disappointed by two of them. The agents were unprofessional, the way they acted and dressed, and they only showed me about three apartments each. However, Eric from Boardwalk Properties did a great job. Not only did he show me a large number of apartments, they all seemed to fit my requirements and needs much more than the others I had been shown. Eric was extremely professional and got everything done in a timely fashion. I would recommend his company to anyone!!! more

Great services, friendly agents 3/23/2007

Boardwalk Properties is amazing if you’re looking for an apartment in Boston!! The database on their website has thousands of listings, and the videos and pictures are an easy way to narrow down possibilities of places to see in person. The agent we met with—Don—was very knowledgeable and professional, and helped my roommates and I find a 5 bedroom in Allston for only 3300/month!!
