Customer service is atrocious. They will not call you if they are running late or not going to be able to show up on the scheduled date. The template was not done precisely and they had to cut into our sheetrock to get the granite to fit. No attention was paid to the single seam in the entire kitchen. It was placed in the most obvious area and the coloring of 2 side by side pieces are like night and day. Over a month later we are still waiting to be contacted as a follow up to our dissatisfaction. If you are planning on making a large investment - look elsewhere.
