I have a gun on laway and went in to make a payment today. i patiently waited at the counter for ten minutes with no help. i saw five guys working behind the counter and the place was not very busy. I approached one who want doing anything and asked to make a payment. he told me only two associates were able to do such a relatively easy transaction, nevertheless i waited. After another twenty minutes of standing there and no one else approaching to help i finally left. these guys work slower than my grandmother and she has been dead six years. there is no customer service here, and ni motivation to help anyone. i guess the only way they stay in business is the insane markup on all there products. btw the gun i had on layaway is a walther p22, target world price 480.41 including tax...
