The staff at Nob Hill Animal Clinic were amazingly helpful when I needed various documentation for taking my cat abroad with me. They were impressively patient with me as I struggled through the highly bureaucratic process. Despite my own schedule changes, they continued to be as flexible as was possible with theirs.
I appreciate Dr. Gehlen's gentle and caring approach to handling my cat during his physical. She handled my long, long list of questions equally tactfully. I am certainly willing to go out of my way to bring my cat to her when he is in need of veterinary care again.
