Today Greg came by for a once over for our furnace. There was another house fire in our area and we wanted to be certain that our system was clean and safe! Greg was patient in listening to my nervousness and surprisingly did not take advantage of my admission of ignorance of our unit. He educated me, assured me, and did NOT sell me! I am so grateful for his time and more importantly, his honesty. We signed on for a yearly service agreement and will request Greg each and every time. He truly made us loyal customers already and the money was well spent!
