Brian called my home just before he arrived which I appreciated. He arrived within the time frame for the appointment. He was very friendly and courteous and wore his shoe covers to protect my floors, also appreciated. He brought everything needed to complete the service. Everything was installed quickly and efficiently and he cleaned up before he left. He was also kind enough to check something that I had not scheduled for. We enjoyed nice conversation while he was doing his work. I was very satisfied with the work that he did and I would refer your company to others. Always great service people and jobs well done!. more

Whole house water filter installation 12/25/2012

Tyler is a terrific person to work with. He explained all options, did very neat work and was most pleasant company while he was in my home. He is very knowlegable and answered all my questions fully. I would highly recommend him to others. more

Mark was very knowledgeable and patient dealing with a customer who didn’t understand many aspects of the boiling unit. His expertise helped me gain an understanding of my homes heating system without the feeling of a high pressured salesman. Would absolutely work with Mark again! more

Byron installs a large heating system in a small utility closet 11/14/2012

I recently had Precision replace my antiquated furnace with an updated version. Byron S., whom I had worked with before, did the original quote, carefully explaining all the numerous options, and a few days later installed the new unit. He did a super job despite the rather cramped conditions in my townhouse's utility closet. When he finished the installation, he explained how the heater and humidifier worked and made sure that all my questions were answered. The new system works great, just in time for snow season. The new heater/humidifier was pricey, but worth it. Byron approached the job with confidence and humor, and he had to use a fair amount of ingenuity to shoehorn the new system into the utility closet, especially since I recently had Precision also replace my water heater, and the new one took up more real estate than the original one. All in all: great job! more

Dave Day provided another excellent experience with Precision at my home. He was very prompt, helpful in giving options for the replacement water heater system and explained the options (tankless versus dual tank) during the sales call. The day of install was equally impressive and can not say enough good things about Dave and Precision overall. Keep up the good work... It shows! more

Leaking wall hydrant 10/23/2012

One call, a few hours til arrival, Patrick was on time, knew what had to be done, knew how to do it, and a little over an hour later he was driving off with the leak fixed. Precision Plumbing always sends knowledgeable and dedicated technicians. more

Great Service! 10/4/2012

Today Greg came by for a once over for our furnace. There was another house fire in our area and we wanted to be certain that our system was clean and safe! Greg was patient in listening to my nervousness and surprisingly did not take advantage of my admission of ignorance of our unit. He educated me, assured me, and did NOT sell me! I am so grateful for his time and more importantly, his honesty. We signed on for a yearly service agreement and will request Greg each and every time. He truly made us loyal customers already and the money was well spent! more

I don't give 5 star reviews. 4/11/2011

I don't give 5 star reviews. However... Precision Plumbing installed an evaporative cooler for me six years ago. Since then, they have installed a boiler and have done other plumbing improvement projects as well. For me, their work is high quality and their quality is in their work and their word. They are not the cheapest plumber in town (I know, I've tried several others). What I have found however is that in the long run, the cost difference is more than made up for by the peace of mind, lack of problems and the fact that they stand behind their work. Every person I have dealt with has been polite, cheerful and helpful. They have always been there for me when I needed them (versus others that seem to have lost their phones when things hit the fan). I proudly recommend Precision Plumbing. You will get true value. more
