Unbelievable treatment by the office staff. We recently moved to Seattle and I only recently found out I was pregnant. I found this office and went in for my first appointment. The receptionist, Ajia, refused to help with the insurance process (we had Blue Cross) even though we were insured. She refused to call BCBS to settle the problem, and just kept insisting that we owed $450. I tried to present my old insurance card from my previous job (under which I am still covered) but she said I had "already told them I had BCBS." She was extremely unhelpful for a newly pregnant couple in a new city with new insurance. I can only imagine how the rest of the office is if this was the welcome we received. Needless to say, I found a better clinic with people more willing to help. DO NOT go here.
