I ran over a nail on the 405 North Freeway and eventually got a flat. The second I saw the tire I called Nick Alexander Mini and scheduled an appointment the very next day. The service was fast and friendly. Phil Gibson handled my car and even got it washed for me! Overall I was very happy with the experience even though a flat tire is ALWAYS frustrating. The dealership is a little far from the Westside but the service is worth it. I was given a rental car immediately upon arrival and the whole process took less than 20 minutes. I was in and out.
