I had some initial problems getting a minor repair done on my minivan. The service supervisor, Paul, went above and beyond in ultimately fixing the problem. He provided the best service I have received from any company that I can remember. I know it may sound a bit over the top, but if there were more people like Paul around this world would be a better place.
