STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! This company is only out to make a quick buck and will lie about repairs needed in order to sell you an entirely new system. I called Wilson Heat & A/C to do a spring check up on my a/c system. The system is 15 years old but works well, and I was just looking for a tune up before the summer heat arrived. The "technician" showed up and looked at the system for about 10 minutes before telling me that it had an interal leak and I needed an entirely new a/c system. But don't worry, he was going to give me a heck of a deal and it would only cost $4500! I got his written estimate, paid his service call fee, and told him I'd let him know what I decided. I then called another company for a second opinion. The owner of that company, who has 25+ years experience, came to my house to check the system. He assured me that everything checked out fine and my system was working great. There was no leak and no repair or replacement was needed. At that point, since I had two vastly different opinions, I called a third a/c company to come check. I was able to get the owner of that company to come out as well, and he also had 25+ years experience. He spent at least an hour walking me through his entire inspection and showed me all of his numbers, and agreed that there were no issues and the system was in great shape. BOTTOM LINE, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM WILSON AIR, THEY WILL ONLY TRY TO CHEAT YOU!!
