I am a single mother and my kids (including myself) needed our air conditioning fixed. Instead of Wilson trying to sell me a new unit I didn't need, they came in and tweaked a few things the same day all for under $100. I couldn't be anymore happier. Working with a family owned company, i can only recommend them to others. Thank you more

These guys don't care about your situation, all they care about is over charging. These guys are not professional and the last thing on their mind is the customers needs. They'll be nice and work with you as soon as you agree with their quote. I don't recommend them if you live on a fix budget. Disappointing since they claim customer satisfaction. I believe the people that gave them 5 stars did not get other quotes or were just in hurry to get it fix. Do the research there's hundreds better out there with better prices. more

Good: Nothing!. Bad: there website states the are 24 hrs however I have called 15 times, no answer! Alissa last time they came out they were supposed so call, never did! I was suppose to have an early appointment they came at 3. Tech he could find a problem! Really than was is it 90 in my house. He replaced the valve that controls freon, 2 days later it has stopped working again.. Improvements: if they say the call 30 minutes before than please call. If you promise to work on someone's ac before they go to work, than show up! If a young tech can't locate problem than send him to school and send someone who has experience.. more

Recently I started having issues with my air conditioning system, and over the course of the last two weeks three companies have been out, all with different solutions and all walking away with some more of my money. I finally asked a family member who services their air, and they said Wilson has been taking care of them for the past five years. They had been using a family friend to keep their air running (to the tune of over $850 a year in repairs) and called Wilson after enough was enough. Wilson came out and evaluated my situation and not only identified the issues with my system, but explained the short life span of the band-aids sold to me by the other companies. The technician helped me design a system that not only corrected the problems, but gave me a ten year warranty on the new system. One of the things I found amazing is that the Trane company themselves only say a system should last 12-14 years according to their website...Wilson was dead on in saying my 11 year old Amana was like a car with 500,000 miles...it was an inefficient money pit. Apparently the others were more than willing to offer simple repairs, but they were only lasting a couple of days. Now I don't have to worry about it for another ten years!!! more

My AC went out on July 4th Weekend and Wilson's came to the rescue. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new unit in a hurry. My grandkids were visiting for the holidays and the were lifesavers. more

I had gotten several estimates from well established heating and air conditioning companies in the DFW area and Wilson's was by far the best. Great office staff, wonderful technicians and top notch installation. Service after installation is what sets Wilson's apart from other contractors. Every time we have had a question or an issue with our new system, they were fast, polite, on time, and answered all our questions and needs. If you are looking to replace or service your A/C system this is the company you want. more

Love our new system and got a better deal than I expected. Everyone involved with my purchase was very polite and courteous. The installers were very polite and knowledgeable and performed the job quickly but very professionally. I will recommend Wilson to any how ask about my system or to others who are looking for assistance in any of there heating or A/C needs. more

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! This company is only out to make a quick buck and will lie about repairs needed in order to sell you an entirely new system. I called Wilson Heat & A/C to do a spring check up on my a/c system. The system is 15 years old but works well, and I was just looking for a tune up before the summer heat arrived. The "technician" showed up and looked at the system for about 10 minutes before telling me that it had an interal leak and I needed an entirely new a/c system. But don't worry, he was going to give me a heck of a deal and it would only cost $4500! I got his written estimate, paid his service call fee, and told him I'd let him know what I decided. I then called another company for a second opinion. The owner of that company, who has 25+ years experience, came to my house to check the system. He assured me that everything checked out fine and my system was working great. There was no leak and no repair or replacement was needed. At that point, since I had two vastly different opinions, I called a third a/c company to come check. I was able to get the owner of that company to come out as well, and he also had 25+ years experience. He spent at least an hour walking me through his entire inspection and showed me all of his numbers, and agreed that there were no issues and the system was in great shape. BOTTOM LINE, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM WILSON AIR, THEY WILL ONLY TRY TO CHEAT YOU!! more
