I had a very pleasant experience buying a used car from this dealership. My first interaction was via phone after I found a car thru a website Auto Trader, perhaps). The sales manager was very polite and asked me to come down. My salesman was a chatty, amiable fellow by the name of David Butler. I got a fair price on my trade in, and I think the price of the vehicle I bought was fair, too. I bring my car (Subaru) here for maintenance work, and that relationship has been working well also.
