I worked with Chris Bee in finding an apartment for one of his clients. You could tell the man had a firm grasp on all the communities we talked about. He even cited published sources while advising his client, showing that he took an active and current interest in the Austin market in general. He had a deep repport with his client and was overall a pleasure to work with. He seemed to be the kind of locator who would go the extra mile for a client to make sure they weren't rushed or pressured into making a bad decision to make a quick buck.
