Great customer service. They handled a tricky repair challenge with persistence and poise. Although deeply committed to the technical aspects of the required repairs, they were most interested in our satisfaction. They stood by their original diagnosis and pricing even though the going got tough. It is in these situations that you know that you are dealing with a pro. The staff was wonderful, and in the end, their attention to detail, honesty, and hard work returned our VW in perfect running order. When these guys say they stand behind their work, they mean it!!!
