They said I have a leak in my oil pan that my time is out that I need a new timing chain cover and in alignment to. They said the price is $1,852 for all that and none of it needed it. I went to B&M they said it was only $300 for a heating coil and gaskets for the head $300 that's it. Do you not trust Aspen Clinic garage they will take you for a ride. more

Great customer service. They handled a tricky repair challenge with persistence and poise. Although deeply committed to the technical aspects of the required repairs, they were most interested in our satisfaction. They stood by their original diagnosis and pricing even though the going got tough. It is in these situations that you know that you are dealing with a pro. The staff was wonderful, and in the end, their attention to detail, honesty, and hard work returned our VW in perfect running order. When these guys say they stand behind their work, they mean it!!! more

I have used several of Aspen Auto Clinic's store locations in Colorado Springs and I know they just opened a new store on Tutt by CarMax. I have always been pleased with their competitive pricing, professional and helpful customer service, and knowledgeable technicians. The waiting areas also all have free WIFI and there is coffee on site, also nice bonuses if I decide to sit and wait, instead of using their free shuttle service, which is also good. I highly recommend checking one of the stores near you out if you are looking for good prices and excellent service for your vehicles.? more

Aspen Coachworks was the first place that I took my car to and it took me a few years to realize that they didn't know how to work on my car. They missed telling me about things that were not right that then caused other problems (clutch return spring on my '84 Volvo). When they did an engine swap for me it took them 3 months and I ended up having to pay $1100 for a rental car. They also screwed up the turbo installation. They should not even be on this list in my opinion. Don't take your car here. They took advantage of me. more

Aspen completed the job at a reasonable price, at least a day early and I received a call back later just to make sure everything was working fine. more

Aspen Coachworks is now called Aspen Auto Clinic. They now have two locations and are doing a better job than ever. I have experienced the service at both shops and they both do a great job. I have Greg and Elaina's magnet on my fridge and we tell everyone about them. We get tired of hearing about people getting taken advantage of by the dealers and box stores, Aspen Auto Clinic is truly a family owned, honest shop. Go there and keep money in our community and support the little guys that make America Great!! P.S. I want to see them get a North East location closer to my house. I heard they are working on it, yea!! more

This is the first time that I have taken my car to Aspen Auto. I was highly impressed, both with the service, as well as the friendliness of the place. They have better prices than other places and I enjoyed my wait, something that has never happened while waiting for my car. Their waiting area has a lot of extras that you don't find elsewhere, such as a stocked fridge and snacks for the customers. I talked quite a bit with the office staff; I learned quite a bit from them and found them to be quite plesant - very important to me. Thank you, E Stone more

I have used Aspen for years, both at the Union location and the Mark Dabling location. Sometimes mechanics make mistakes, but when they do, if a customer brings it to the attention of the management at these stores, they always listen and provide a fair response. I had work done once that was not originally listed, and when they asked for payment I noticed this and brought it up, and they didn't charge me for the parts or labor! As long as you know what is going on and are willing to bring any issues up, the management will work with you. Other places I have been to in the past, have not been so accommodating. I recommend this business for auto repairs whole heartedly! more

I started using Aspen Coachworks about three years ago and they have always been friendly, courteous, and fairly priced. The shop is clean and the people are very friendly. I have used their service for everything from my tow trucks to my personal vehicles. Any time I have been lacking knowledge on the repairs I needed their service technicians were great with walking me out and showing me as well as explaining the need for the repair. As a female this was very satisfying, it was nice to not be treated like an ignorant female for a change. When it comes down to it I won't use anyone else. more

I took in a '95 VW Passat for a wheel alignment and because my check engine light came on. I left the car there. After several hours they call and say "this is going to take longer, we didn't realize the car computer was different for this model year and earlier." So they run around trying to find the right device to read the error code from the engine. They fail to find what the code is. They also can't do the tire alignment because they discovered a rather major problem with the steering rack and pinion. I tell them I don't have time for them to fix it as I need to drive somewhere the next day. They stil charge me for an alignment check and for diagnostic time...net service to me: virtually nothing, other than "hey, you need to replace your steering rack." At least their garage is kept clean and tidy. more
