I am writing another review in order to praise Symphony's new customer relations. After posting my first atrocious review, I was personally contacted by the manager. She has been incredibly nice and apologetic and explained that the cleaners has a new mgmt team and is much better. She gave me a credit on my next order. Her customer service alone is making me go back to Symphony. Hopefully my clothes will come back clean and in good shape! Either way, A+ to them for getting new good mgmt.
