I bough a vehicle from them and thought I had a great deal until i tried to trade it in today. I have never had an accident in this vehicle but while getting it appraised, A DMV autocheck was done on it revealing it had a repainted door and damaged frame, this was NOT disclosed to me at the time of purchase which is ILLEGAL! I have already contacted a couple of agencies who claim i have a case.
When i called SD autofinders to let them know my findings, the transferred me for 15minutes, dumbasses must not have realized that i had been there and know that there really only 3 salesmen there, I have the car!. when I finally got to the person who claimed to be the manager, I explained and he hung up on me after stating "It's not our problem". this place is a lemon lot, i advise anyone to stay away. and for all who are reading this, CarFax does not tell everything, don't be fooled, get AutoCheck done on it, it cost a little bit but saves you in the long run.
