My husband and I have been renting from PRM but will be moving out this month. Before doing so I would like to add that my experience with them has been good and positive. Yaneth Ruiz is my property manager, she has been very professional and attentive to our property needs. I communicate with them via email and am sure to get a response that same day. My only recommendation to PRM is that they set up a system so that the tenants can pay online. I would recommend PRM to others.
