We've been listing our properties with PRM for quite a while now and the service has been awesome. They're prompt, on point (save for a few debacles when they first started the direct deposit system) and well priced. I believe you pay 10% of the monthly rent. I have nothing but good things to say about PRM and will continue to use them to management my properties. more

excellent experience 4/18/2011

Happy Tenant ... I moved into a rental property managed by Primary Residential Management 8 months ago. I have had an excellent experience so far. The approval process was simple and straight-forward, property managers were helpful, and the home has had no maintenance problems yet. I am planning on renewing my lease for another year. more

Great Job 4/12/2011

Great Job!! I tried to use other management companies to rent my condo in North Central Phoenix. After 4 1/2 months of useless showings and little or no follow up from the property manager regarding status, I switched to AZ Primary Residential Management. AZ PRM rented my place within a week...and for $160 more than the other management company had it listed! Great Job!! more

Professional and Experienced For someone who needs out of state property management, this is a good fit. They have an office, unlike some property management companies, and plenty of worker bees, unlike some property management companies. PRM is very professional. To start with, they answer their phone almost every time during business hours. They also have a very simple fee structure. They have property managers with years of experience. more

extremely happy with my level of service 3/31/2011

They manage my properties with care I am new to using a property management company. I am typically the "do it yourselfer" type. I have become too busy and hired Primary Residential Management to handle my property and tenants. So far so good.. It has been a couple months now and I am extremely happy with my level of service thus far. more

good and positive 3/28/2011

My husband and I have been renting from PRM but will be moving out this month. Before doing so I would like to add that my experience with them has been good and positive. Yaneth Ruiz is my property manager, she has been very professional and attentive to our property needs. I communicate with them via email and am sure to get a response that same day. My only recommendation to PRM is that they set up a system so that the tenants can pay online. I would recommend PRM to others. more

As a new owner to PRM I can honestly say that I decided to sign up with them because of AJ Kariem! She provided me with the company information, and was knowledgeable about the rental market for my area. Since my home had been vacant for over a 1 year, I was eager to get a tenant in place. I signed up with them, and within two days their marketing efforts found me a qualified renter! Needless to say, I'm thrilled to have them represent me, thanks PRM & AJ!!! more
