As a new owner to PRM I can honestly say that I decided to sign up with them because of AJ Kariem! She provided me with the company information, and was knowledgeable about the rental market for my area. Since my home had been vacant for over a 1 year, I was eager to get a tenant in place. I signed up with them, and within two days their marketing efforts found me a qualified renter! Needless to say, I'm thrilled to have them represent me, thanks PRM & AJ!!!
