Good: nothing at all.. Bad: That he rarely showed up for work, I had to redo some or all of the different items I paid Rick Kiddy to do. Improvements: I would like to see him meet the deadlines he sets, not break my belongings, follow through with the price we agreed on, and not leave his garbage all over my house. I would like to see quality work. Other: He's just your run of the mill money hungry, poor product contractor. I had to redo pretty much everything I paid him to do. He broke my fan and wouldn't reimburse me even 1/5 of the cost. "Lost" my tools and didn't show up to work regularly. I had to clean up after him and his helpers. I picked up banana peels, pizza boxes, and thirst buster cups all over my house. I even cleaned up all of the popcorn he barely scraped off my ceilings because he left it all over my house for 4 days..
