Kiddy's General Construction

Nothing at all. 100% of his company isn't worth a dime. he doesn't bring his own tools, doesn't clean up, doesn't meet deadlines, doesn't show up to work, he is always "sick", excuses why deadlines aren't met and product is so lousy, straight up lies. he broke my belongings, didn't meet deadlines that he set, rarely showed up for work, "lost" my tools, didn't finish the job, horrible product, I had to redo 95% of the work I paid him to do, Told me he'd give me a refund and never did, he's always seems to be sick, excuses his work ethic and lousy product, IF he does show up for work, he is always texting or outside talking to his wife or kids, he didn't clean up after himself, I had to clean up after him from eating and just not cleaning up day to day. him show up for work regularly, not be on the phone if he does show up for work, not excuse his lousy work with phrases like, "it is what it is", for him to clean up after himself so there's not (no sarcasm at all), banana peels and inches of debris left all over my house for 4 days. I would like to see a product that I don't have to call him multiple times to come back and fix because he (what seems to be) refuses to do the job right. He broke my ceiling fan and said he would give me $30/$$200 for it, never once brought his own tools, lost most of my tools, left his pizza boxes, thirst busters and banana peels on the ground all over my house regularly, said he would give me $200.00 because the ceilings came out sooo badly but he never did and when confronted, he says that he won't pay that back. more

Good: nothing at all.. Bad: That he rarely showed up for work, I had to redo some or all of the different items I paid Rick Kiddy to do. Improvements: I would like to see him meet the deadlines he sets, not break my belongings, follow through with the price we agreed on, and not leave his garbage all over my house. I would like to see quality work. Other: He's just your run of the mill money hungry, poor product contractor. I had to redo pretty much everything I paid him to do. He broke my fan and wouldn't reimburse me even 1/5 of the cost. "Lost" my tools and didn't show up to work regularly. I had to clean up after him and his helpers. I picked up banana peels, pizza boxes, and thirst buster cups all over my house. I even cleaned up all of the popcorn he barely scraped off my ceilings because he left it all over my house for 4 days.. more
